We have been engaged in designing, construction, and supporting of operation/maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure networks for manufacturing industries and various companies that have played leading roles in the technology and economy of “Monozukuri Nippon (Japan’s Manufacturing Spirit)” such as semiconductors.
With our commitment and determination, “Connect. We Connect All”, we have been “connecting” the devices and networks that would not be normally connected with standard functions by developing and offering optimal applications and systems.
In the Reiwa era (May 1, 2019-), we hope to contribute to the innovation of society by continuing to connect – not connecting “people” not only “things” with advanced ICT technology we provide.
In 2017, we opened the Hagi Technical Center in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the site of the Meiji Restoration.
The Center is actively working to revitalize and transform local communities through the development of young human resources in the ICT field in cooperation with local high schools. The Center is engaging in support for the opening of satellite offices with cloud migration /online services/video conference services, and transferring the operation load from central area of Tokyo and Osaka.
With a spirit of “sincerity”, we contribute not only to customers but also to society and the local communities, we continue to make further efforts for the restoration of the new Reiwa era.
The company name of NetCare Service was named from our commitment of “we provide services for your network with meticulous care”.
In business, we care for “good sellers”, “good buyers” and “good public”.
For employees, we care for “family is good”, “I am good”, “everyone is good”.
To these two three-way goodness (Care), we add the meanings of the word “Care”: consideration, attention, and protection.
“e-“ in e-care3.net comes from the word “good” (いい, pronounced /e:/ in Japanese.
“care3” stands for those three-way goodness and care (cubed “Care”).
We created this domain with desire to bring values with “care”.
